At BCJ Designs, all sales are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bcjdesigns.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
